I just got back from Iloilo City, the Philippines last week. It is located in Western Visayas Region where is one hour flight distance from Manila.The picture shows a historical building which is Customs House standing on the Iloilo Port side. Perhaps it was build beginning of 20th century by USA regime and it is still in use. The building accommodates not only Customs but also premises for Immigration Office and Post Office.
