North Avenue in Central Yerevan

Uncompleted central commercial district in Yerevan called North Avenue. It is opened partially, some ground floor tenants only, most of upper floors are unfurnished yet. I have heard that most of them are sold but how can I believe that saturated number of tenant in this district and proposed tenant are international brand shops. I can not imagine how they survive within small market. Anyway some shops shows their intention to be opened soon like this.
