Nadiaa Comaneci of Romania, she had perfect tens at Montreal Summer Olympic held in 1976. I just remember her performance scenes.
Nadia got perfect score of 10.00 during the team portion of the competition on the uneven bars when Nadia was the age of 14. It was the first time in modern Olympic gymnastics history that the score had ever been awarded.
The scoreboards were equipped to handle three digits only that Nadia's perfect marks, 10.00, were reported on the boards as 1.00 instead shown in following YouTube video. Over the course of the Olympics, Nadia earned six additional 10s.

2014年冬季オリンピックはソチ（Sochi）、ロシア
ロシアの黒海沿岸リゾート、ソチで2014年に冬季オリンピックが開催されることが決定した。
さて、そのソチはどこに位置するのか？
大まかに言うと黒海沿岸、ロシアとグルジアの国境に近い北側に西コーカサス山脈を抱く、北のアナパやトゥアプセ、南 のグルジア領（アブハジア）のガグラやピツンダなどと同様ソビエト時代にリゾート地として開発された。温泉もある。
