

Pictures show two od some Souvenirs from Iloilo, Philippines, and above shows dried fish called SAP SAP, and below shows brown sugar called Muscovado.
SAP-SAP is called Golden ponyfish in general. It looks tasty small fish but I have not tried it yet.
Muscovado is a type of unrefined brown sugar with a strong molasses flavour which is produced at our colleague's family in Antique of Panay Island.
